Anjeka-6071 is a high-efficiency polymeric wetting and dispersing agent designed for waterborne coating systems, printing inks, and adhesives. It functions as a standard additive for resin-free pigment concentrates and performs effectively with both inorganic and organic pigments, serving as a versatile universal dispersant.

Separation and turbidity may occur at temperature below 0℃. Heat to 20 ℃ and mix well before use.

This additive achieves effective pigment deflocculation via steric stabilization. The finer particle sizes of the deflocculated pigments enable excellent gloss development and stronger color intensity. Furthermore, it enhances transparency in transparent pigments and improves covering power in opaque pigments. Lower viscosity contributes to superior flow behavior, allowing for higher pigment loadings in formulations.
It is especially well-suited for producing stable resin-free pigment concentrates with pigment levels ranging from 30% to 60%. These concentrates are fully compatible with common waterborne binders, including acrylic dispersions, water-soluble acrylic resins, and acrylic emulsions, for tinting and blending purposes.

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Grinding can be carried out in water and co-solvent. Mix the additive with water and only add the pigments after the additive has been homogeneously and uniformly distributed.
