PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Anjeka-6881 is a wetting and dispersing additive specifically formulated for solvent-based, aqueous, and UV-curable inkjet inks. It effectively reduces mill-base viscosity and enhances long-term storage stability.

STORAGE & HANDLING
Stir thoroughly before use. Separation or turbidity may occur below 10°C; warm to 30–40°C and mix well until homogeneous. Recommended storage period does not exceed 12 months.

PERFORMANCE & BENEFITS
Anjeka-6881 stabilizes common pigments used in inkjet inks and delivers outstanding dispersion stability in milled pigment pastes. It enhances pigment wetting, lowers paste viscosity, and eliminates thixotropy, enabling prolonged storage without viscosity changes. Its strong deflocculating action results in finer pigment particles and a narrower size distribution, which shortens filtration time during ink production. The additive also provides excellent steric stabilization, improving final ink film properties such as color strength, gloss, haze, and transparency.
APPLICATIONS
Solvent-based, water-based, and UV-curable inkjet ink systems.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Dosage (as supplied) based on pigment weight:
Organic pigments: 20%–60%
Carbon black: 30%–100%
These figures are empirical; optimal addition should be verified through testing.
PROCESSING GUIDANCE
For optimal performance, incorporate the additive into the mill base prior to pigment addition.
