GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Anjeka-3030 is a specialized adhesion promoter additive designed for baking paint systems. It delivers outstanding improvements in paint film adhesion, especially on aluminum, aluminum alloys, and various other non-ferrous metal substrates.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

Keep the product in tightly sealed containers, stored in a cool, well-ventilated area away from heat sources and open flames.

Recommended storage temperature range: 0°C to 40°C. Protect containers from direct heat exposure or sunlight. Maximum recommended shelf life: 12 months.

Polyester coil coating primers

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

1.5–2% by weight based on the total formulation.
(The suggested levels are based on experience; optimal addition rate should be confirmed through laboratory testing.)

INCORPORATION GUIDELINES

Can be added either before or after the main production process.
For water-based baking systems: Pre-neutralize the additive with 10–20% dimethylethanolamine (in water) before incorporating it into the formulation.
