Beschreibung des Produkts

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Anjeka-6976 is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for solvent and solvent-free coatings, adhesives, PVC plastisols, and ambient curing resin systems, as well as for the production of masterbatches for thermoplastic colors. Especially suitable for carbon black pigment. It can prevent phase separation and improve fiber wetting in SMC/BMC formulations.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Coatings, adhesives and PVC plastisols

Anjeka-6976 This additive causes pigment deflocculation by spatial site resistance. Because of the small particle size of the deflocculated pigment, it is possible to obtain a high gloss and improve color strength. In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments are improved, the flow properties are improved due to a reduction in viscosity, and the pigment content of the color paste is increased.

SMC and Pultrusion

APPLICATION SECTORS

Anjeka-6976 prevents phase separation of different thermoplastics in various unsaturated polyesters and is also suitable for low volatile formulations. It is recommended for stabilizing organic pigments, especially acidic and neutral carbon blacks, and for wetting carbon fibers.

DOSAGE

5-30% binder dosage (purchased form) based on organic pigments and carbon blacks for stabilizing pigments.

0.5-1% Additive dosage (purchased form) based on fiber content for wetting carbon fibers.

0.3-1% Additive (purchased form) based on resin content to prevent phase separation.

The above recommended dosages are for reference only and the optimum dosage should be determined after a series of tests.

PROCESSING INSTRUCTION

For best performance, this additive should be added to the resin mixture prior to mixing and addition of solids.

Ambient Cure Resin Systems

Product Characteristics and Advantages:

Anjeka-6976 unflocculates pigments by spatial positional stabilization. The repulsive force and spatial stabilization prevent flocculation by making the pigment particles equally charged, resulting in a color appearance that is free of bloom in systems containing multiple pigments. Due to the small particle size of the deflocculated pigments, high gloss and improved coloring power can be achieved. In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments can be improved. Due to the viscosity reduction effect, flowability can be improved and the amount of pigment added can be increased. Anjeka-6976 is suitable for a wide range of pigments and is particularly recommended for stabilizing acidic and neutral carbon black pigments. It can also be used to improve the wetting of carbon fibers for greater process reliability.

Recommended dosage

5-30% binder dosage (purchased form) based on organic pigments and carbon blacks for stabilizing pigments.

0.5-1% Additive (purchased form) based on fiber content for wetting of carbon fibers.

The above recommended dosages are for reference only and the optimum dosage should be determined after a series of tests.

Addition Methods and Processing Guidelines

For best performance, the additive should be added to the resin mixture prior to mixing and addition of solids.

Thermoplastics

Product Characteristics and Benefits:

Anjeka-6976 significantly reduces viscosity and gives abrasives Newtonian flow characteristics. It improves torque rise, output efficiency, viscosity (MVR), filter pressure value (FPV) and dispersion quality.

Recommended Applications

Anjeka-6976 is recommended for organic pigments, especially for acid and neutral carbon black pigments. It can be used in thermoplastics and masterbatches based on PE, PP, ABS, PVC, PET and PA.

Recommended dosage

5-30% additive (purchased form) based on organic pigments and carbon blacks for stabilizing pigments.

The above recommended dosages are for reference only and the optimum dosage should be determined after a series of tests.

Addition Methods and Processing Guidelines

For best performance, the additive should be added to the pigment or plastic before or during compounding.
