GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Anjeka-3040 is an additive for enhancing the adhesion of baking paints. It is a kind of phosphate ester with epoxy resin as the main chain. Since the phosphate ester can bond with the metal surface, it can improve the adhesion of oil-based paint and water-based paint to the metal substrate, and it is especially effective for aluminum, and it is also effective for cold rolled steel and galvanized steel, and it can also improve the flexibility and corrosion resistance of the paint film. It can be widely used in coating system.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT

Store in a cool, ventilated place in tightly closed containers away from heat and ignition sources. Store the product between 0℃ and 40℃. Containers should not be exposed to direct heat radiation. The storage period is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Characteristics and advantages:

APPLICATION SECTORS

Anjeka-3040 is suitable for solvent-borne and water-borne coating systems. Alkyd-amino baking enamel, acrylic-amino baking enamel, polyester-amino baking enamel.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS

1.0-2.0 % by weight of the total amount of the coating system.

The above data are empirical and the optimum dosage should be determined by a series of tests.

INCORPORATION and PROCESSING INSTRUCTIOS

Add before or after the production process. When used in water-based baking paint systems, it must be neutralized with a 10-20 % ammonia solution before adding.
