GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Anjeka-7333 has good wetting properties on difficult substrates, strongly reduces the surface tension of the paint and thus has good resistance to shrinkage. Prevents the formation of Benard vortices. Used in solvent-borne, solvent-free and aqueous coating systems.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT

Layering and turbidity may occur at temperatures below 5 °C. Heat to 20 °C and mix thoroughly. Store in a cool, dry place.

The storage period is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

SPECIAL NOTES

Prior to use in large quantities, a series of tests should be carried out to confirm that these additives stabilize the foam, in addition to evaluating their recoatability and tendency to shrink.

Industrial Coatings

Features and Benefits:

This additive provides a strong reduction of the surface tension of coatings and printing inks. As a result, it particularly improves the wettability of the substrate and avoids shrinkage. Increases surface slip and gloss. In aqueous systems, improves anti-adhesion properties. Meanwhile, it has excellent compatibility and can be used as an anti-cratering additive.

Solvent-based systems, solvent-free systems, water-based systems.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS

0.1-0.8 % Additives (in purchased form) are based on the total amount of the formulation.

The above data are empirical and the optimum amount should be determined through a series of tests.

INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIOS

It can be added at any stage of the production process or later. To facilitate the addition of Anjeka-7333, dilute the additive with a suitable solvent.
